PAYMENT OF FEES: We offer an
auto-withdrawal from your bank account for your monthly tuition
payments. At your first class in September, you will remit payment for
September tuition, fill out the necessary auto-withdrawal forms
(including a voided check) and your auto-withdraw will begin on Oct. 5th.
OR:
Tuition can be paid by a series of post-dated checks, one for each
month. (Example - Sep.5, Oct. 5, etc…) Your check must be dated for the
5th of each month. It is acceptable to pay for the entire season with
one lump sum check, or two checks dated Sep. and Jan., or three checks
dated Sep., Dec., and March. However, all checks must be received at
your first lesson. We will not deposit your check until the 5th.
All checks are stamped “For Deposit Only” and are locked up at all
times. Checks should be made payable to Onawa Dance and Tumbling.
These policies
are absolutely not flexible; you cannot begin classes without the
receipt of the post-dated checks or your signed auto-withdrawal form.

All
non-sufficient funds checks will be charged a $20.00 fee, for every
return.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS:
Withdrawal must be done by the
parent in person, or over the phone.
After speaking with your child’s
teacher, your auto-withdrawal
account will be terminated. If you
gave us post-dated checks, they will
be mailed back to you or shredded.
Onawa Dance and Tumbling reserves
the right to terminate lessons
to any student
without notice. In such a case, a
refund for unused lessons will be
given.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
Private lessons will be given only
to students interested in entering
talent shows or dance and gymnastics
competitions. This is for the
serious student willing to put forth
the extra time and energy into
practicing, not to mention the
traveling expenses and entry fees.
Talk to your teacher if interested.
RECITAL:
Your teacher will order one
ready-made costume through the
studio. Price range will vary from
$40.00 - $70.00 a costume. Although
the recital isn’t until May, we will
order costumes in December. Complete
payment for the costumes will be due
at this time. You may wish to keep
this in mind as you plan your
budget, as you realize December can
be a tough month financially.
The 2012 Recital dates will be May
4-5-6. Dress rehearsal and picture
day is May 2. Stage practices days
are April 30, May 1. Please keep
these dates in mind. All students
will perform in all shows. Each
family is given a free ticket for
each Recital. Performers do not
require a ticket. Please note
another unique feature at our
Studio; we are one of the few dance
studios that issue every family
complimentary tickets and no recital
fee. |
